age of AI

 

In my junior year of high school, I was hanging out with some of my friends. I was watching their computer, and I saw a website where they were asking questions to a computer. This app was called Chat GPT. Everyone was using it to help with their homework. I thought AI was just in the movie because I saw Iron Man and thought Jarvis would become a real-life AI. I wonder how AI is going to impact the future. After watching a Video on AI robots, I am nervous.

    The video shows people talking about robots who shop for people in stores. The robot has already made a prediction on what the humans want to buy and what's on their shopping list. It is insane how AI is literally taking over the world in every way. Ai can even make pictures of people and vidoes on what ever you ask it to do. It can even shut down other companies and websites with the power of AI and what information it can generate in like 5 seconds. The only thing that concerns me about AI is the possibility of taking over all of us. When we are scrolling on TikTok, it reads our minds and gives us recommendations. Its scary that it can read many minds.

 On Thursday in class, we presented our thoughts on the different technologies that each student presented during class. I presented about 3D printing. Many students chose interesting topics. Students would pick between CDS printing and even AI images. What stood out to me the most was Bluetooth. As someone who uses Bluetooth every single day of my life. I have been using Bluetooth since I started using headphones when I was young and throughout life, new inventions such as Alexa, Google Play, using Bluetooth in the car, and even connecting a controller to a computer. Everything that Bluetooth does makes it a special part of technology.  

During the presentation, I learned something about Bluetooth that I never even knew. Bluetooth can hear everything you say and recommend ads on what you're thinking about. Bluetooth is used in medical devices such as dental objects. The best part about Bluetooth is that you don't even need to be connected to the internet when using Bluetooth. The only part about Bluetooth is that sometimes it doesn't work when you aren't close to it. Another thing is that it feels like you're data is being shared while you connect your phone to a device.
